A weekend of paddling, yoga, and photography
Join us for a weekend of activity and quiet time, exercise and relaxation, and connecting with yourself and nature. Nourish your body and soul with freshly-prepared meals and daily yoga sessions. Stretch your muscles and mind with some paddling and easy hiking, mindfulness session and learning nature photography techniques. From Friday evening’s snack to Sunday’s picnic lunch, all meals and nutrition breaks are included. Your weekend takes place in a beautiful private setting, with rustic cabins keeping you close to nature while you sleep.
We have a great team in place to ensure an amazing weekend! Holly Ross of The Yoga Hen Yoga Adventures will be leading our yoga and mindfulness sessions for the weekend, our nature photography session will be with Taryn Jollimore of Taryn Jollimore Photography, Caitlin Nickerson is leading a relaxed SUP session, Glenn Parlee will be leading hiking and kayaking, and Elizabeth Court will be providing our delicious meals and snacks. Our experience will begin on the evening of Friday, August 2nd and will continue until the afternoon of Sunday, August 4th. Our weekend will include all meals, rustic lodging, yoga sessions, a mindfulness session, standup paddleboarding, a nature photography session, kayaking, hiking, campfires, and – of course – relaxation. We will be staying at the Harrison Lewis Coastal Discovery Centre – located in East Port L’Hebert, overlooking the ocean and Port Joli Harbour, offering 300+ hectares of land, including a wide assortment of habitats from open meadows and pastures to woodlands, ponds, bogs, coastal barrens, sandy beaches and rocky shores. The Centre offers rustic bunkhouses ranging from 2 beds to 4 beds – if you’re attending with friends, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you together!
