Paddle Canada Basic Skills-Introduction to Kayaking-One Day CourseThese kayaking lessons introduce beginners to paddling in enclosed shelters and calm conditions. Skills covered include an overview of forward, turning & bracing strokes, and an introduction to assisted and self-rescues.

These kayaking lessons provide the theory and skills for a daylong sea kayaking trip in sheltered waters and light winds. Includes: controlled wet exits, efficient forward and turning strokes, edging, introduction to bracing, unassisted and assisted rescues. Cancellation:
Cancellations received up to 48 hours before your clinic will receive a credit of the value of the clinic (less a $25 administrative fee), to be used during the same operating season.
Cancellations received within 48 hours of your clinic will result in being charged the full amount of the clinic.
If no notice of cancellation is given, no refund or credit will be issued.
LAO Tours & Clinics operate "rain or shine". In the event we have dangerous conditions such as high winds or lighting, we will postpone or cancel the event and reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
