Payment of the total cost of the event/tour is required to book, and is non-refundable.
LAO Tours & Clinics operate "rain or shine". In the event we have dangerous conditions such as high winds or lighting, we will postpone or cancel the event and reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
We reserve the right to cancel paddle tours due to weather, guide availability or insufficient registration.
In these cases, full refunds or credits (if you wish) will be issued and we will do our best to reschedule.
