CENTRAL AMERICA ADVENTURE TOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT/DEPOSIT
Deposit of $1000 per person is required to book.
The balance is due 65 days before the tour start date.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
REQUIRED: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory. Your insurance plan should include full medical coverage, emergency evacuation and emergency repatriation. You should also ensure you are covered for trip cancellation and have protection for any other issues including, but not limited to , flight cancellations or delays, trip minimum numbers not met, loss of luggage and personal effects, and theft.
YOUR FLIGHT
We have selected start and end dates for our tours that meet most airline schedules to our destinations. You are responsible for your own air transportation. Our drivers will pick you up at the designated airport on day 1 on your tour and return you to the airport at the end of your tour.
CANCELLATION BY YOU
Cancellations received more than 60 days before your tour start date, will receive a full refund, less administration fee of $200 per person.
Cancellations received less than 60 days before your tour, will result in forfeit of any money paid.
No refunds will be given for unused services including , but not limited to, accommodation, activities and meals.
CANCELLATION BY US
If, for any reason, we have to cancel your tour, including when the minimum number of guests required to operate a tour is not reached, you will be refunded any amount that you have paid to LAO.
ADDITIONAL EXPENSES
We are not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur as a result of your booking being cancelled or changed including, but not limited to, visas, vaccinations, medical expenses, clothing, equipment, testing, quarantine, travel insurance excess or flights.
